The areas we work in

We work with the 8 districts of Nottinghamshire plus the City as a whole and each has its own distinct characters and issues:

  • Ashfield –Mix urban and rural, including old coalfields
  • Bassetlaw – Widespread rural villages and market towns. Suffered from loss of industry
  • Broxtowe – West of the city
  • City
  • Gedling – North-east of the city
  • Mansfield – Urban - has the most deprived areas in the county
  • Newark and Sherwood – Rural with many isolated villages
  • Nottingham – Urban - high diversity and low inclusion
  • Rushcliffe – South of the city - mainly rural, including old coalfields
